Schedule Appointment

SCHEDULING CRITERIA

The schedule opens every Sunday at 12pm, including holidays, for 1 week at a time. Choose the first available appointment time to avoid gaps and to keep a consistent flow of schedule. All time frames are approximate, not guaranteed. If you book a gap, it will be moved. You are responsible for following the booking process. Please be mindful that this will affect everyone after you. No Exceptions.

Example: If the first opening is 9am, book 9am so that the following person is able to book the slot after you.

Cancellation policy

Rescheduling an appointment is Cancelling. Cancelling within 48hrs will result in your card on file being charged half of your service balance at the time of your missed appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours of the day and appointment time will result in the card on file being charged the full balance at the time of the missed appointment.

Refunds

No monetary or service based on refunds are provided.

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, $5 per 10 minutes will be added to your total up until 20 minutes. At 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, you are considered a No Show and the card on file will be charged the full service balance amount.

Deposits

Deposits are paid at the time of scheduling. Deposits are deducted from your total. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

The ADI Salon Lab is a Card Only establishment. All forms of Credit/Debit and ApplePay is accepted.

Guests

No extra guests or small children may accompany you to your appointment unless discussed with your service provider.
